Foal Camp Poem

Summertime joys Jack and me pedestal

Cannot be replaced

Sunshine and ponies

These three days have graced.

As quick as they started

Our camp days are through

We curried and saddled

And, as horsemen, grew.

Though sad it may beMelody & I barrel racing

That camp’s run its course

(The next thing you’ll hear

Is, “Can I have a horse?”)
